To busy to breathe sometimes

Yes, that would be me. Blog slacker, friend slacker, working on the farm slacker, you name it, slacker. Not that I even had one spare minute to accomplish any of these things, slacker! Sorry :)

I say, this last couple weeks have been SOOO friggin busy for the Momma. Brook had a doc appt and hub's had a couple as well. Work is picking up for the summer. After a whole winter of hibernation, Summer sprug and forgot to notify me ;) Man alive!! I had two maids leave due to medical reasons so guess who had to pick up the slack??? Yep, ME...not funny!!! Trying to put 20+ loads of laundry, wash, dry, fold, put away, daily, into my already very full schedual was ruff!!! I can't wait for the new maid to start :)

Last Friday my friends from England showed up for a week. {{{{Lyn}}}} They are such a pleasure to hang out with. They brought Brook some cookies aka biskets, and Lyn made me a BEAUTIFUL Cashmeir (sp) sweater. Its georgeous!!! {{{{HUGS LYN}}}}} See you guys next year.

I have been swamped with IEP's as well. I never fathomed when I took on this extra job just how busy I would be with it. Goodness graciuos!!! One meeting last week, 4 hours long, and then part one and two this week of another meeting. Thursday after part two of the meeting, I got in the car, realized it was to late to meet my buddy Deb in Salem for Mom's Coffee, I went home, packed up some clothes, grabed my toothbrush, and took off outa town as fast as I could lawfully go. With Huib's and Brook too of corse...LOL. We ended up here:


Had to stop and let the dog pee and Brook found a hitch hiker. He came along for the ride ;)


Seaside is a cute little town. You can rent scooters like these and drive around town. Next trip we will rent one. There so cute :)






Then we found a room so Hub's could lay down for awhile. Brook and I went window shopping. Cute little pigs


When Hub's got up we went up to the Aquarium a block away. Brook had a great time feeding the seals and playing with all the neet things.

It was a nice 20 hour break from work. I needed that badly!! And then, Dumb*ss me, as you know from my post yesterday, forgot about Play group. I'm so sorry guys {{{HUGS}}} Thats all for now. My hand is numb now and I need to get in the shower to go to work. Yeaaaa FUN TIMES!!! Not funny :) Calgone has left the building..... hurry, someone stop him and tell him I need a break...LOL
