Home again home again, jiggity jig

Just copy/pasting from Uno. This was from yesterday.

Yes we are home. The night last night was pure awful. Brook was so not happy. Around midnight she finally pee'd again and it was hoover dam busting all over the bed/couch thingy, twice...LOL She then drank 21 oz of milk and took more meds and wanted to have Signing time, of corse. Around 4 am she decided she didn't want the iv anymore and proceded to take off the "cast" thing that was covering it and out it came. OUCH!!! More meds and she slept till 7:30 am. She got up, wanted to read books and proceded to thrash the room w/ blankies and books and whatever else she could get ahold of. Pretty funny for sleep deprived momma. At 8 am the surgeon came in and looked a bit perplexed. What in the world is she doing walking around drinking and eating pancake. She wanted too i guess. I didn't know what she was spose to be doing. We got outa there around 10 am and Brook walked herself out. We stoped for drive thru lunch and Brook proceded to eat a whole large french fries and all moms coke. We came home did the run to get meds, had a bath and CRASHED OUT HARD!! Just woke up.

They did tubes, looked around her throat w/ the trachascope thing... no reflux damage, yeaaa... and took out tonsils. Magically the adnoids were very small. What was there stayed. The tonsils were bigger than they thought. Super dooper gianormous. Her palate has closed all up. No more pond behind her nose. Everything looks GREAT!!!

Poor Mary girl. After she called me at 5 am on the way to the hosp she seemed pretty composed when we hung up. Around 8ish the counsler at school called me. Mary had lost it and was almost sick to be thinking of her sister in the operating room. I talked to her and calmed her enuf to finish school. She texted/called all day and night long. Poor kid so very worried for her baby sister. My sister is going to bring her over in a minute to see for herself sister is just fine. As a matter of fact shes running aroung beating up the dog...LOL

I think she is doing well. Might be the pain meds...LOL. She is acting a little goofy and walking like a drunker. Thank you to everyone who Prayed either for Brook or me or both. Much appreciated!!!!
