Swiming, a parade, and barfing...oh my!!

Hub's has been sick for three days. Mary caught it this morning and by the end of this post, yep, Brook too.

All of the cowboys are here and tonight is the first night of the rodeo. Pray they all do well and none of them break anything this year. That's always nice when I send them home not broken ;)

Are you tough enough to wear pink? These guys are for sure. This is Donny. Love him. I'd sure like to hook him up with my mom. I tell her every year sence I met him, 6 now, i'm going to hook them up on a date. I'm telling ya!



These silly guys and their nice wives are some of the guys from Donny's Rodeo company.



They supply all the big bull's used in the competion. Some of these stinkin cows are thousands of dollars. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, see Jose, sticking his tounge out, that silly guy. Yes people this is the antics I deal with all week. This group of rodeo stars are so awesome. Super nice people. It's just a pleasure when they come :) Tonight is tuff enough to wear pink and so everyone is in pink. Even me untill Brook puked all over me...LOL

So after their nap....


.... Mary continued to sleep and Brook went swiming. She had a great time. Couldn't tell at all she wasn't feeling well.

Then all the family came over to watch the Kiddie Parade.

Then Powder Puff came walking up the road. Or I should say, riding up the road in her wagon. Brook wasn't to sure on this. Nice man to drive up on the sidewalk just so he could say Hi to Brook.



Only in Molalla will you see red, white and blue.......SHEEP. You heard it here first..Geeeze.



My MOSTEST favorite float ever!!! This was beautiful! You just can't see all the detail that went into this. Wonderful job!! Oh, get this, her name was BrookLynn. How special :)



After the parade we had strawberry shortcake. I even made homemade shortbread. Brook loves her cousin. Always watches her with amazement.



Then we had to go feed Aunt V's cats. I'm in charge of them for awhile. We got there, fed Lil Man and Tabby aka Fuzzbuster, went on the front porch to visit my nefew and his girlfriend................PUKE. Brook puked alllll over me. I ran to the hose and squirted myself off. Good thing it was 90* outside. J got me a new shirt and I took Brook home. Layed in bed w/ her and sang 100 songs till she fell asleep.
